Jim Katt, Caretaker

Jim is the home’s landscape architect and project manager for the home’s extensive restoration. He actually lives on property in an addition built to look like an old carriage house. Jim is a master carpenter with a strong eye for interior design. Half butler, half handyman, Jim makes sure everything is working perfectly for our valued guests.  Guest privacy is always ensured, and you may never see Jim unless you spy him tending to the house's gardens.
